Reshipment Overview

Certified Chems provides reshipment only under specific circumstances to maintain supply integrity and security. This is a rare exception process, not a standard offering.

When Reshipments Apply

  • Order lost during shipping verified by tracking information.
  • Incorrect item sent due to our error.
  • Confirmed damaged or compromised package.

All requests must be submitted within 14 days of expected delivery and include your order number and supporting evidence.

Reshipment Process

  • Contact support via info@certifiedchems.com with your order details and documentation.
  • Certified Chems verifies the claim against shipping logs and tracking information.
  • If approved, a replacement shipment is prepared with the same discretion and care as the original order.
  • Tracking details are provided once the reshipment is dispatched.
