Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, Certified Chems ships worldwide. However, it is your responsibility to verify if the product is legal in your country before ordering.
Are your products safe for human or veterinary use?
No. All products are strictly for research use only (RUO). They are not for human or veterinary use.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is $100. Free shipping is available for orders $250 and above.
How pure are your products?
All products are ≥98% pure, and batch-specific documentation (COA) is provided where applicable.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept IBAN, Revolut, Bitcoin, Apple Pay, Zelle, and Chime. Payments are manually verified after placing your order.
Why do you process payments manually?
Manual processing allows us to securely verify international payments, reduce fraud risk, and support multiple payment methods including cryptocurrency.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
No. We do not provide free or paid samples to maintain supply chain integrity and consistent batch management.
How do I place an order?

- After payment verification, your order will be dispatched with tracking details.

Do you provide COA or batch documentation?
Yes, all applicable orders include batch numbers and Certificates of Analysis (COA) or documentation. If unavailable, contact support for the latest documentation.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are issued only for confirmed defects, mislabeling, or shipping errors. Claims must be submitted within 14 days with supporting documentation.
What about customs and import compliance?
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are legal to import in their jurisdiction. We cannot provide legal advice.
Can orders be canceled?
Orders can only be canceled before payment confirmation. After payment verification, cancellations are generally not allowed.
How is packaging handled?
All orders are shipped discreetly and securely to protect contents and privacy. Packaging is plain and unmarked.
Are there any additional fees?
Shipping is free for orders $250+. International shipping costs depend on destination. Customers may be responsible for import duties or taxes.
