Reshipment Overview
Certified Chems provides reshipment only under specific circumstances to maintain supply integrity and security. This is a rare exception process, not a standard offering.
When Reshipments Apply
- Order lost during shipping verified by tracking information.
- Incorrect item sent due to our error.
- Confirmed damaged or compromised package.
All requests must be submitted within 14 days of expected delivery and include your order number and supporting evidence.
Reshipment Process
- Contact support via info@certifiedchems.com with your order details and documentation.
- Certified Chems verifies the claim against shipping logs and tracking information.
- If approved, a replacement shipment is prepared with the same discretion and care as the original order.
- Tracking details are provided once the reshipment is dispatched.
