  • Account information, order details, and payments must be accurate and truthful.

Ordering & Payment

  • Minimum order is $100; free shipping applies for orders above $250.
  • All payments are manually verified. Follow instructions in the order confirmation email before sending payment.
  • Accepted payment methods: IBAN, Revolut, Bitcoin, Apple Pay, Zelle, Chime.
  • Certified Chems reserves the right to cancel orders if payments are not received or if local laws are violated.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide using discreet, secure packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for import legality and compliance.
  • Tracking and documentation are provided where available.

Returns, Refunds & Reshipment

  • Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact info@certifiedchems.com.
  • Refunds are issued only for confirmed errors or defects within 14 days.
  • Reshipments are only approved after verification of lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments.
